Mexico: Soldiers Arrested After Shooting Six Migrants

Mexican authorities have arrested soldiers who shot at a pickup truck carrying migrants, killing six and injuring ten in Chiapas state. 

President Claudia Sheinbaum condemned the incident and called for an investigation.
